Elite Meetings International reaches meeting planners and hoteliers through their Benny Award-winning magazine, Elite Meetings. Each issue features distinguished properties from across North America that provide a superior corporate meeting or incentive venue. The magazine also highlights additional hotels and resorts in development that Elite Meetings International expects to approve and certify.
Elite Meetings, along with stories about the properties, gives important at-a-glance details relevant to planners. These include room breakouts, high and low season rates, taxes, food and beverage averages, airport proximity, business amenities, and recreational offerings. The magazine’s print distribution reaches 44,000 top decision-makers in the meeting, events, and incentives industry, with a bonus “green” distribution to 80,000 planners in the form of a digital e-zine.
Digital copies of the magazine are available free of charge on EliteMeetings.com. Print editions can also be ordered on the Web site for $14.95 (plus shipping and handling), and found at select airport newsstands. In 2009, the magazine will be published twice yearly, in January and July, and will feature 100 distinctive properties and timely industry articles.
