A 16-year veteran of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Park 75's Executive Chef Robert Gerstenecker has worked in New York, Toronto, Palm Beach and Hong Kong, among other locales, and has a great deal of experience working with fresh food and seasonal ingredients.
