Four Seasons Hotel Toronto’s landmark tower hosts some of the most prestigious meetings and corporate events in Toronto. The hotel regularly hosts movie stars and bigwigs in town for the annual Toronto Film Festival. One of the Yorkville Suites even features a baby grand piano autographed by the celebrities who have played it.

Meeting planners select from more than 17 flexible event spaces, from intimate boardrooms to a ballroom seating up to 500 guests. For truly breathtaking business meetings, the hotel’s Windows complex presents a trio of spacious penthouse salons on the thirty-second floor.

Nearby incentives include the Royal Ontario Museum, Harbourfront district, and theater district. For free time on-site, guests enjoy a spa, fitness center, indoor-outdoor pool, and Truffles, the only AAA Five Diamond Award–winning restaurant in town.

Executive Chef Claudio Rossi comes to Toronto via Asia, where he has spent the last 17 years holding the position of Executive Chef at The Regent Singapore (A Four Seasons Hotel) and at the award-winning Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, Thailand. Given the depth of his experience, diners at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto can expect that new menus will reflect a strong Asian influence.

"We are in the process of developing new spring/summer menus at Studio Café and at Avenue lounge, focusing first on fresh ingredients," says Rossi. "We will maintain our signature dishes, but don't be surprised if we introduce some new flavours and concepts."

Given Rossi's Italian roots and his wife's Taiwanese background, it is not uncommon to find a good risotto beside a plate of Asian beef noodles on his own dinner table. Rossi's creativity, combined with the diversity of his cultural influences and the bounty of fresh Ontario produce is sure to result in an irresistible complement of new dishes.
