Our food and beverage experience had mixed reviews, but the convention service staff was exceptional and our attendees enjoyed being close (15 mins) from the strip, but not on the strip.

I love this property. You get the excitement of being in Las Vegas without being on the strip. The staff was professional and would go out of their way to help you.
The director of sales arranged a back of the house tour for our spouse program. It was great.
