The Montana wilderness forms an inspirational backdrop for meetings at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake. Built from native wood and stone, the hotel evokes memories of the grand lodges of the past while providing the comforts and technology of today.

The accommodations measure up to 2,400 square feet and provide fireplaces, balconies, and conversation areas ideal for informal meetings. Thanks to true Montana hospitality, all group members feel at home from the opening reception to the closing banquet.

A 1,500-square-foot prefunction area serves the Conference Center, which features a 6,366-square-foot ballroom holding up to 300 participants or dividing into three smaller sections. The Board Room and Private Dining Room contribute intimate spaces for executive sessions, while the Lakeside Function Area adds another 4,000 square feet for events in the great outdoors.

Between meetings, attendees choose from a wide range of activities at hand, from dining at the Boat Club Restaurant to pampering sessions at the full-service, on-site day spa. Active participants enjoy snow sports in winter and white-water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, boating, fishing, and golf on nine area courses in summer. A must for groups of 12 and up: a custom sightseeing cruise aboard the marina’s 31-foot Windsor Craft, Lady of the Lake.

The service from the staff was extraordinary, extending all the way through to the concierge, front desk staff, food and beverage personnel, as well as the bellmen. My attendees were charmed by both the resort and the personnel.

I've been involved with corporate meetings at 5 star resorts throughout the United States and I would classify my experience at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake on par with these types of resorts. The service from the staff was extraordinary, starting with the sales manager Dawn and the resort manager Scott and extending all the way through to the concierge, front desk staff, food and beverage personnel, as well as the bellmen. The attention to detail was outstanding and the staff responsiveness was superb. I can't say enough good things about the folks at the Lodge. My attendees were charmed by both the resort and the personnel. I hope we're able to hold another meeting there again in the future.

This is a beautiful property located on Whitefish Lake. Very Elegant decor but not to forget the western Montana feel. A choice of many sitting areas, and a wonderful spa on site. The view, food, room decor and sales staff exceded my expectations.

Activities such as Glacier Park, Big Mountain, Art and specialty stores in downtown Whitefish and award winning restaurants make the events I plan a huge success.
