The three-year, lobby-to-rooftop renovation restored the century-old grandeur of New York’s beloved Oak Room, Oak Bar, Grand Ballroom, and Terrace Room. Many traditions remain— like the famous portrait of the hotel’s most famous guest, Eloise; and white-gloved butler service for suite guests. Welcome additions include an elegant Champagne Bar, stylish Rose Club, sensuous Caudalié Vinotherapie Spa, and the Shops at The Plaza, a world-class collection of fashion, beauty, decor, and cuisine.

The Plaza also added 15,000 square feet of newly built conference space on the fourth floor. Together, the seven rooms host gatherings of up to 450 delegates; when divided, they accommodate 10 to 150.
