Colorado Springs, Colorado (March 19, 2010)...It is not a surprise. The downturn in the economic climate has put most hotel construction and renovation in a deep freeze. Few properties are moving forward with capital expenditures geared at improving the overall guest experience and enhancing meeting space. However, that is not the case at The Broadmoor.

Work began in December, 2009 on three projects totaling $7.5 million that are directly aimed at future guest and meeting experiences, and they are all taking place in Broadmoor West and West Tower.
